With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and medical packaging industries, Mitchell brings a deep understanding of healthcare retail and pharmacy operations. He integrates financial discipline with patient-focused growth initiatives, aligning budgeting, revenue management, and customer engagement to ensure sustainable performance and exceptional community service. In addition to his operational leadership, Mitchell plays a key role in developing and strengthening the Infinity Pharma Group brand.
When he isn't crunching numbers and developing strategic initiatives, he is spending time with his partner and their children. He enjoys going to the beach and traveling.
